From east of Hartford, on Route I-84 West:

• Take the Downtown Hartford exit #54.
• Continue through 5 lights (including the set at the end of the ramp). Pay close attention.  Within a very short distance, the road will change names twice – from State Street, to Central Row and, finally, to Pearl Street:
  • Cross through the 1st light which is at the intersection of State Street and Columbus Boulevard.
  • Continue through the 2nd light which is at the intersection of State Street and Market Street, bearing to the left around the Old State House.
  • Continue through the 3rd light which is at the intersection of State Street and Prospect Street.  It is also where State Street changes names to Central Row.
  • Move into the middle lane, if possible.
  • Continue through the 4th light which is at the intersection of Central Row and Main Street.  It is also where Central Row changes names to Pearl Street.
  • Continue through the 5th light which is at the intersection of Pearl Street and Trumbull Street.
• The CityPlace I & II parking garage will be immediately on the right.

From west of Hartford, on Route I-84 East:

• Take the Asylum Street exit #48A.
• At the light at the end of the ramp, turn right onto Asylum Street.
• At the third light on Asylum Street, turn left onto Pearl Street (Bushnell Park will be on your right).
• The CityPlace I & II parking garage will be on the left, just past the 1st light (Ann Street is the intersecting road).

From north of Hartford, on Route I-91 South:

• Take the Trumbull Street exit #32B.
• Continue on Trumbull Street through 8 lights (including the set at the end of the ramp).
• At the 9th light, turn right onto Pearl Street.
• The CityPlace I & II parking garage will be immediately on the right.

From south of Hartford, on Route I-91 North:

• Take the Capitol Area exit #29A (it is a left exit, where Route I-91 and Routes 5&15 converge).
• Continue on the ramp to the Pulaski traffic circle.
• Take the first right off of the circle.
• At the 2nd light, turn right onto Trumbull Street.
• At the 1st light on Trumbull Street, turn left onto Pearl Street.
• The CityPlace I & II parking garage will be immediately on the right.

From NYC, on Route I-95 North:

• Take Route I-95 North to Route I-91 North.
• Take the Capitol Area exit #29A (it is a left exit, where Route I-91 and Routes 5&15 converge).
• Continue on the ramp to the Pulaski traffic circle.
• Take the first right off of the circle.
• At the 2nd light, turn right onto Trumbull Street.
• At the 1st light on Trumbull Street, turn left onto Pearl Street.
• The CityPlace I & II parking garage will be immediately on the right.

After parking in the The CityPlace I & II parking garage, take the elevator to the ground floor.  You will exit into the lobby area of CityPlace I.  Cross the atrium to CityPlace II, the office tower on the other side of the lobby.  Take an elevator to the 11th floor where you will see the entrance to the Bradley, Foster & Sargent, Inc. office.

If you are unable to park in the CityPlace I or CityPlace II garage, alternate parking sites in the immediate area include 100 Pearl Street (located on Trumbull Street across from Bank of America and Starbucks) and Hartford 21 (located on Asylum Street across from CityPlace I and II).
