Ms. Dowling joined Bradley, Foster & Sargent in July, 2008 as a Portfolio Manager and Member of the Investment Committee. Ms. Dowling has broad experience in the investment business. She started her investment career in 1995 with Goldman Sachs in New York, where she was involved in equities research and finance, including the analysis of companies’ operating performance, capital structures and value drivers as well as constructing models for IPOs and secondary offerings. Most recently, Ms. Dowling served as the Director of Program Development for the St. Francis Foundation of Saint Francis Hospital, Hartford, CT, where she was responsible for Foundation communications and donor relations programs.

Mr. Joseph joined Bradley, Foster & Sargent
as a Research Analyst in May, 2004. His
primary responsibility is to provide
general research support for the Company
with the objective of enhancing the productivity
and investment performance of the firm’s
clients. Jon has worked in a research
and portfolio management capacity for
a number of investment firms during the
past 17 years. Most recently, he
worked for Fox-Pitt, Kelton where he
was responsible for researching a broad
range of life insurance companies. Previously,
he worked for Olson, Mobeck & Associates,
E. T. Andrews, Coburn & Meredith
and Travelers Corporation. Jon is
a Certified Public Accountant.

Ms. Lazor joined Bradley, Foster & Sargent
as an Equity and Fixed Income Trader
in May, 2004. Her primary responsibility
is the execution of all equity and fixed
income purchase and sell orders for the
Company. Before coming to Bradley, Foster & Sargent,
Felicia was a Research Associate in the
life and health insurance and reinsurance
sector of Fox-Pitt, Kelton. Previously,
she worked for Easter Seals Greater Hartford
Rehabilitation Center as a Senior Physical
Therapist.

Cassie R. Blake

Ms. Blake was promoted to Trading Assistant for Bradley, Foster & Sargent, Inc. in December, 2008. Her responsibilities include the execution of equity and fixed income purchase and sell orders for the Company and assisting in all administrative and support functions of the trading area. Cassie joined the Company as a Portfolio and Research Assistant in
August, 2007. Currently, she is pursuing her MBA at Nichols College.

Mr. Manternach joined Bradley, Foster & Sargent in September, 2008 as a Portfolio Manager and Member of the Investment Committee. Mr. Manternach has broad experience in the investment business. He started his investment career in 1969 with Hartford Fire Insurance Company as a securities analyst. Since 1973, he was employed by Bank of America/U.S. Trust and its predecessor companies (Hartford National, Connecticut National, Shawmut and Fleet). Most recently, Mr. Manternach managed a team of four portfolio managers. He was personally responsible for managing $400 million in investments for both individual and institutional accounts.

Mr. Stanley joined Bradley, Foster
& Sargent in 1994 as a consultant and advisor
to the Investment Committee. Mr. Stanley previously
served as a Portfolio Manager and Director of Administration
at Phoenix Investment Counsel. He has been
a money manager with various institutions for over
40 years. Among his responsibilities during
this period were Chairman and President of Travelers
Investment Management Company and Chief Investment
Officer of Connecticut National Bank.
