Mr. Joseph joined Bradley, Foster & Sargent as
a Research Analyst in May, 2004. His primary responsibility
is to provide general research support for the Company
with the objective of enhancing the productivity and
investment performance of the firm’s clients. Jon
has worked in a research and portfolio management capacity
for a number of investment firms during the past 17
years. Most recently, he worked for Fox-Pitt,
Kelton where he was responsible for researching a broad
range of life insurance companies. Previously,
he worked for Olson, Mobeck & Associates, E. T.
Andrews, Coburn & Meredith and Travelers Corporation. Jon
is a Certified Public Accountant.

Felicia M. Lazor

Mrs. Lazor joined Bradley, Foster & Sargent as
an Equity and Fixed Income Trader in May, 2004. She became a Principal of the firm in January, 2011. Her
primary responsibility is the execution of all equity
and fixed income purchase and sell orders for the Company.
Before coming to Bradley, Foster & Sargent, Felicia
was a Research Associate in the life and health insurance
and reinsurance sector of Fox-Pitt, Kelton. Previously,
she worked for Easter Seals Greater Hartford Rehabilitation
Center as a Senior Physical Therapist.

Andrew R. Burd
Assistant to Portfolio Manager

Mr. Burd joined Bradley, Foster & Sargent
as a Finance Assistant in February, 2010. He provided support to the organization in a variety of accounting functions, including the payment of bills and the preparation of financial statements and budgets, as well as various human resources functions. In addition, he participated in the developing, testing and documenting of regulatory and compliance-related policies and procedures. Andy was promoted to Assistant to Portfolio Manager in November, 2010. His primary responsibilities include supporting our Portfolio Managers in all areas of investment management and promoting communication with our clients.

Ms. Fu joined Bradley,
Foster & Sargent, Inc. in July, 2011. Her responsibilities
include assisting the Head Trader in all administrative and support functions, reconciling trades, manual inputting of trades, supplying custodians with trade-related information, responding to corporate actions, establishing new prime broker and DVP accounts, and executing trades, on a standalone basis.

Mr. Stanley joined Bradley, Foster
& Sargent in 1994 as a member of the Investment Committee. Mr. Stanley previously
served as a Portfolio Manager and Director of Administration
at Phoenix Investment Counsel. He has been a
money manager with various institutions for over 40
years. Among his responsibilities during this
period were Chairman and President of Travelers Investment
Management Company and Chief Investment Officer of
Connecticut National Bank.
