Duties and Responsibilities

Our Operations Assistants are an integral part of the Bradley, Foster & Sargent team. Although they typically will not have direct access to clients, they nonetheless provide valued support services to the investment and technical professionals in the firm which, in turn, benefits our clients. Their primary responsibilities include daily reconciliation of transactional activity, calculation of account performance, processing of payables and general back-up support for the Portfolio Assistants.

Mrs. Alderucci joined Bradley, Foster & Sargent as a Portfolio Assistant in December, 1998. She was promoted to Assistant Portfolio Manager in January, 2006. Her primary responsibilities included supporting our Principals and Portfolio Managers in all areas of investment management and promoting communication with our clients. Previously, she worked briefly as a Court Liaison intern for the Young Offender Program division of Community Partners in Action, Inc., one of the nation's oldest nonprofit agencies, located in Hartford. Gina left Bradley, Foster & Sargent briefly to start a family (twins!) and returned part-time as an Operations Assistant in October, 2010.

Ms. Gliha joined Bradley, Foster & Sargent as an Operations Assistant in September, 2010. Before joining the Company, Nissa worked in the hotel conference planning industry for three years, as well as in banking where she provided support services to the loan administration function.

Mrs. Willis joined Bradley, Foster & Sargent as an Operations Assistant in June, 2005. Before joining the Company, Pam worked for 25 years in the investment and financial services industries. Her responsibilities included a variety of operational and administrative support functions.
