Nancy W. Donadio
Senior Operations Officer
 


Ms. Donadio is the Senior Operations Officer for Bradley, Foster & Sargent.  She is responsible for all of the day-to-day aspects of client servicing and operations.  In that capacity, Nancy supervises the reconciliation of accounts and billing, manages the Company’s technology and communications systems, maintains the Company’s website, and performs regulatory reporting. Nancy joined the Company in April, 1998 as the Compliance Officer and Computer Administrator.  Previously, she worked with The Hutensky Group as a design and promotion coordinator and J.P. Associates as a corporate trainer specializing in Microsoft office products.

 

 

Stephen L. Willcox
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Willcox joined Bradley, Foster & Sargent as Chief Administrative Officer in March, 2004.  He has overall responsibility for the Company’s operational and administrative functions including operations systems, workflow and procedures; human resources; federal and state compliance; composite performance; financial systems, budgeting and controls; technology; custodian relationship management; premises; proxies and stockholder litigation; and operational support of trading.  Prior to joining the Company, Steve held senior management positions in a number of insurance, financial services and technology firms including United HealthCare, MetraHealth, Travelers Corporation and ICICI Infotech.  Steve is a Certified Public Accountant.

 

 

Andrew R. Burd
Financial Assistant

Education:

BA, Politics and Government

 


Mr. Burd joined Bradley, Foster & Sargent as a Financial Assistant in February, 2010.  He will support the organization in a variety of accounting functions, including the payment of bills and the preparation of financial statements and budgets, as well as various human resources functions. In addition, he will participate in the developing, testing and documenting of regulatory and compliance-related policies and procedures.
