Mr. Willcox joined Bradley, Foster & Sargent
as Chief Administrative Officer in March, 2004. He became a Principal of the firm in May, 2005, and was appointed Chief Financial Officer in August, 2008. He
has overall responsibility for the Company’s
operational and administrative functions including
operations systems, workflow and procedures;
human resources; federal and state compliance;
composite performance; financial systems, budgeting
and controls; technology; custodian relationship
management; premises; proxies and stockholder
litigation; and operational support of trading. Prior
to joining the Company, Steve held senior management
positions in a number of insurance, financial
services and technology firms including United
HealthCare, MetraHealth, Travelers Corporation
and ICICI Infotech. Steve is a Certified
Public Accountant.

Nancy W. Donadio

Mrs. Donadio joined Bradley, Foster & Sargent
as the Compliance Officer and Computer Administrator in April, 1998. She was promoted to Senior Operations Officer for the Company in 2003. She became a Principal of the firm in January 2011. Nancy is responsible for all the day-to-day aspects of client servicing and operations. In that capacity, Nancy supervises the reconciliation of accounts and billing, manages the Company's technology and communications systems, maintains the Company's website, and performs regulatory reporting. Previously, she worked with The Hutensky Group as a design and promotion coordinator and J.P. Associates as a corporate trainer specializing in Microsoft office products.

Anupam Adhikari

Mr. Adhikari joined Bradley, Foster & Sargent
as a Finance Assistant in March, 2011. He provides support to the organization in a variety of accounting functions, including the payment of bills and the preparation of financial statements and budgets, as well as various human resources functions. In addition, he participates in the developing, testing and documenting of regulatory and compliance-related policies and procedures.
