Mr. Sargent serves as Chairman of Bradley, Foster & Sargent.
Previously, he was Chairman and CEO of Conning
and Company for more than twenty-four years. Mr.
Sargent is a Principal and Portfolio Manager, as
well as a Member of the Investment Committee. Mr.
Sargent has also been a founder and director of
several specialty lines insurance companies, including
Executive Risk and Beazley Group PLC in the U.K.

Mr. Bradley serves as President and CEO of Bradley,
Foster & Sargent. He managed Conning & Company’s
Investment Management Group from September 1993 until
July 1994, when he and Mr. Sargent joined with Mr.
Foster to found Bradley, Foster & Sargent. He
is a Principal and Portfolio Manager, as well as
a Member of the Investment Committee. Previously
he served fourteen years with Citicorp, twelve years
of which were spent in Europe, the Middle East and
Africa. In 1985, Mr. Bradley returned to Boston to
found Boston Private Bank
& Trust Company, where he served as President
and CEO from 1986 through 1992. He served as
an officer in the U.S. Navy in Vietnam.

Mr. Foster serves as Executive Vice President of
Bradley, Foster & Sargent. He is a Principal
and Portfolio Manager, as well as a Member of the
Investment Committee. Prior to forming Bradley, Foster & Sargent
with Mr. Bradley and Mr. Sargent, he founded Arcadia
Asset Management in 1986, building assets under management
in excess of $25 million. Prior to founding Arcadia,
Mr. Foster served as a Portfolio Manager of institutional
equity accounts for CIGNA Investment Management Co.
from 1982 to 1986 and as a Senior Research Analyst
for Connecticut General Investment Management Co.
from 1981 to 1982.

G. Marsted

Mr. Marsted joined Bradley, Foster & Sargent
in 1995 as a Principal and Executive Vice President.
He is a Portfolio Manager and a Member of the Investment
Committee. Prior to joining the firm, he was Vice
President and Manager of the Shawmut Bank Investment
Management and Advisory Group in Hartford. Mr. Marsted
joined the Hartford National Bank, which subsequently
became Shawmut Bank, in 1965 as a Securities Analyst.
He moved to portfolio management in 1969 and eventually
assumed responsibility for a group of portfolio managers,
with over $3 billion under management. He later served
as a Member of Shawmut’s Investment Policy
Group, with responsibility for asset allocation,
sector strategy and economic assumptions for the
$16 billion within Shawmut Investment Advisors.

Mr. LaRose joined Bradley, Foster & Sargent in
2000 as a Principal and Executive Vice President.
He is a Portfolio Manager and a Member of the Investment
Committee. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. LaRose
was Director of Individual Investment Services at
Hartford Financial Management, Inc., where he was
responsible for supervising the investment management
of more than $200 million in client assets and functioned
as chief equity manager and strategist. Mr. LaRose
started his investment career in 1984 with Dean Witter
Reynolds in Greenwich, Connecticut. He joined E.
T. Andrews & Company, Inc., in Hartford in 1989,
where he was President until 1994.

Mr. Sargent joined Bradley, Foster & Sargent
in 2000 as a Principal and Executive Vice President.
He is a Portfolio Manager and a Member of the Investment
Committee. Mr. Sargent came to Bradley, Foster & Sargent
from Conning & Company, where he managed their
institutional business since 1986. In that capacity,
he served as a Member of Conning’s Executive
Committee with responsibility for Equity Research,
Institutional Sales, and Equity Trading. He was
also a Principal in the Venture Capital/Private
Equity area. During his career, Mr. Sargent
was cited for his equity research expertise by Institutional
Investor magazine in its “Best of the
Boutiques” profile. He has achieved the designation
of Chartered Financial Analyst.

Mr.
Korzendorfer joined Bradley, Foster & Sargent
in April, 2007 as a Portfolio Manager. He is a Vice
President and a Member of the Investment Committee.
Mr. Korzendorfer joined the firm after a 17
year career with Bank of America and its predecessor
banks: Bank of New England and Fleet Bank.
Most recently, Mr. Korzendorfer served as Managing
Director at Bank of America, with responsibility
for a team of 8 investment professionals who
managed the portfolios of individual clients
in the greater Hartford area. He started his
investment career at First Security Investment
Management in Salt Lake City, Utah and worked
for several years for Curbstone Investment
Management in Canton, Connecticut. He has achieved
the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst
and is a former member of the Board of Directors
for the Hartford CFA Society, also having served
as its President.

Mr. Willcox joined Bradley, Foster & Sargent
as Chief Administrative Officer in March, 2004. He
has overall responsibility for the Company’s
operational and administrative functions including
operations systems, workflow and procedures;
human resources; federal and state compliance;
composite performance; financial systems, budgeting
and controls; technology; custodian relationship
management; premises; proxies and stockholder
litigation; and operational support of trading. Prior
to joining the Company, Steve held senior management
positions in a number of insurance, financial
services and technology firms including United
HealthCare, MetraHealth, Travelers Corporation
and ICICI Infotech. Steve is a Certified
Public Accountant.

J. Herbert

Mr. Herbert joined Bradley, Foster & Sargent as
the Director of Sales
& Marketing in June, 2003. His responsibilities
include developing relationships with prospective
clients in our targeted markets, building a network
of professional intermediaries to leverage the
sales reach of the Company and to increase the
visibility of the firm through seminars/events,
presentations, marketing materials and the firm’s
website. Prior to joining the Company, Charley
had extensive sales and marketing experience with
investment and financial services companies across
the country, including Frank Russell Investment
Management, Nicholas Applegate Capital Management,
and CIGNA Financial Services. Currently, he is pursuing his MBA at California Lutheran University.
