As Director of Platform Engagement and Client Success, Megan leads the strategy, adoption, and optimization of client-facing and operational platforms for our advisors, with a focus on enhancing the client experience, driving platform engagement, and integrating CRM, reporting, trading, onboarding, and collaboration tools across the firm.
Megan brings over 20 years of experience to the firm. Before joining BFS, she was Senior Vice President – Head of Wealth Client Services at Wilmington Trust, where she led client service strategy and operations for high-net-worth clients, driving experience enhancements, system integration, and team performance across Wealth and Private Banking. Earlier, she was Vice President – Manager Wealth Program and Platforms at Wilmington Trust and held various leadership roles at Peoples United Bank.
