Previously, Roger was employed by Bank of America/U.S. Trust and its predecessor companies (Fleet, Shawmut, Connecticut National, and Hartford National), where he managed a team of four portfolio managers serving both individual and institutional accounts. He started his investment career as a securities analyst with Hartford Fire Insurance Company.
