Shelley K. Phillips

As the operations manager, Shelley establishes quality and production metrics for our internal operational support teams. She is responsible for developing the people and processes that support our busy client service teams. She leads the billing and account reconciliation team and generates the firm’s performance reporting, calculations, and composites. Shelley also supports the finance and operations teams to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.

Previously, Shelley was a staff accountant at Sheptoff, Reuber & Company, where she assisted clients with preparing and reviewing tax returns, worked with clients to resolve IRS and state audits, and provided tax planning and forecasting.

Shelley revels in expanding her vegetable and herb garden; she tries new plantings every year. She also enjoys growing her travel list of 25-plus countries. When she’s not in her garden, she enjoys spending time with her family and their dog, Josie.
