Before forming Bradley, Foster & Sargent with Rob Bradley and Joseph Sargent, Timothy founded Arcadia Asset Management in 1986. Earlier, he served as a portfolio manager of institutional equity accounts for CIGNA Investment Management Co. after serving as a senior research analyst for Connecticut General Investment Management Co.
