BFS Named One of “Best Places to Work in CT” for Fourth Year in a Row

Bradley, Foster & Sargent is proud to once again be recognized among the “Best Places to Work in Connecticut” for 2026 by the Hartford Business Journal, marking the fourth consecutive year the firm has earned this distinction.

This year’s winners were chosen following a two-part assessment by third-party research firm Workforce Research Group, which evaluates organizations across Connecticut based largely on employee feedback. The survey measures key aspects of workplace culture, including engagement, leadership, communication, and overall employee satisfaction.

Of the employees surveyed from this year’s winning companies, the Hartford Business Journal noted:

• 93% said they are enthusiastic about their work
• 92% said they are satisfied with their organization
• 94% said they find purpose in their work
• 85% said they have fun at work

The Hartford Business Journal also recognized BFS for its workplace culture, highlighting the firm’s employee benefits, milestone celebrations, and commitment to fun and relaxation. Team-building activities such as holiday parties, picnics, and sports outings, along with celebrations and getaways that commemorate the firm’s growth were acknowledged.

All award recipients were celebrated at a ceremony at the Aqua Turf in Plantsville, Connecticut on March 5^th.
